All Jules & Gem candles are hand-poured in Honolulu, Hawai‘i with soy container wax. This wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and derived from renewable sources.

- Contains: Natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oil, cotton wick
- Burn time: 10 hours; do not burn for more than four hours at a time
- Instructions and candle safety:
- For best burn result, burn candle wax to the edge of the container during the initial burn
- Keep away from drafts as well as children and pets
- Trim wick to 1/4" prior to each use; burn within sight
- Place on a heat-safe surface
- Be careful! The container will be hot when the candle is lit
- Discard when less than 1/4" of wax remains
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
Orders are processed within 5 days after the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS, shipping times and handling are beyond our control.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We happily welcome online returns within 30 days from the date of your order shipment. Please note that no online refunds will be accepted after this 30-day period (with the exception of holiday orders, which will be extended to 60 days).
