Return & Exchange Policy

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We're pleased to offer an extended return window during the holidays. Our standard 30 day return window has been extended to 60 days from the date of order shipment. We happily welcome online returns within this timeframe. Please note that we cannot process returns after this timeframe and no online refunds will be issued after this 60-day period.

  • Items must be returned in new condition, which means they should be unused, untested, include all original tags, and be in 100% resalable condition.

  • If items are returned in conditions that do not meet these requirements, we will be unable to process the return and it will be at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels. 

  • Once we receive your package back at our facility and it passes the inspection process, your return or exchange will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

You can return online orders at one of our retail locations.  Please be sure items are new/unused, have original tags and in resalable condition.  Copy of invoice and the original card used for payment must be present to complete the transaction.  

Unfortunately, orders made in-store cannot be returned online.  Please check your receipt for the Return Policy or visit/contact our retail stores.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damages. Please retain the damaged shipping box/package and merchandise for investigation purposes. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in loss or expense being borne by the customer.

In the case of missing items from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can begin the investigation process. Retain the shipping box/package to aid in the investigation if necessary.

Online Order Number is mandatory for the warranty to be valid through our online shop.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped, damaged, etc.  Your Hydro Flask, Yeti, or Stanley bottle can be exchanged if it sweats, rattles or no longer insulates as long as there are no dents on it (pictures will need to be provided).  You may also exchange your bottle if there is discoloration inside the bottle or rough welds along the rim of the bottle(pictures will need to be provided).  Please note that T&C Surf can only replace the bottle for the exact same size, color, and design.  Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of customized engraving, stickers, or any other applications.  This warranty is valid at T&C Surf for 1 year after purchase.
