Job Overview & Experience
Job overview:
Will share responsibility with the Assistant Store Manager of overseeing the entire store operations including but not limited to, store sales, merchandising, inventory control and customer service. Manages store supervisors and non-supervisory employees.
Ideal candidates must have the following:
- Supervisory experience of at least 1 year
- Customer service and cashier experience of at least 5 years
- Great communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Flexible availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, turn, and climb ladders and step stools
- College education preferred
Job Overview:

Job Overview:
A delivery driver is responsible for the delivery of merchandise and fixtures to all T&C Surf locations. Will also assist in the drop off and pick up of production assets.
Warehouse Associate’s responsibilities include but not limited to, receiving, processing, tagging, distributing and scanning of merchandise.
Ideal candidate must have the following:

· Clean driver’s abstract
· Reliable transportation
· Have an attention to detail
