COVID-19 UPDATE: We appreciate your patience with the shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates - be sure to check you junk/spam folder as well. We'll send an email to you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
Customers are responsible for making sure orders placed contain the correct size, color, style, shipping address, etc. Once orders are placed we cannot edit or adjust them. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping cost.
Orders are processed and shipped 1-3 days after order date. Orders placed over the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status.
Stolen/Lost Packages: We ship orders via USPS with a Tracking link that is sent to your email when your Order has been processed. If your package is lost, please file a Policy Report IMMEDIATELY. Then, email us with your Order # and all supporting documents from the Police Report.
Damaged Packages: If you receive defected/damaged item(s), please contact us immediately. If the damage is due to shipping, DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigate process if necessary. Please email us with pictures of your damaged merchandise and your Order #. Do not use the defected/damage item and keep orignal tags for return/exchange process. Failure to meet these requirements will be at the customers loss/expense.
Calculated shipping rates for domestic orders only. Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. via USPS First Class (4 business days) or Priority Mail (3-5 business days). These are estimated delivery times given by USPS, but nothing is guaranteed. Once packages leave our facility, T&C Surf has no control on delivery time/process.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (U.S. ORDERS ONLY) is offered for orders over $75
International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail International (excluding Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil). Shipping costs vary on country and size/weight of your order. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. Please allow 8-12 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on destination and customs processing.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. T&C Surf Designs is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of T&C Surf Designs to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. T&C Surf Designs is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. Status updates beyond the United States are only available for select countries. Customers will need to contact their local Postal Service for package updates.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept online returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. No online refunds will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to show up on your bank account.
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Generally, as a ‘rule-of-thumb” you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive items in conditions that don't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return and it will be at the customer expense.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. However, if you receive the wrong item from your order placed, please E-mail us.
Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted for returns. Purchases made from our retail stores cannot be returned/exchanged through our online shop. Please contact our retail stores for their return policy.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please use the Return Form as a gift receipt; Return Forms are sent with order. If you received T&C Surf merchandise as a gift, you are only eligible for an exchange, please E-mail us for further instructions.

If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigate process if necessary. Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise.
T&C Surf Custom Bottles Warranty: Online Order Number is mandatory for the warranty to be valid through our online shop. No Exceptions.This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped, damaged, etc. Your Hydro Flask or Yeti bottle can be exchanged if it sweats, rattles or no longer insulates as long as there are no dents on it (pictures will need to be provided). You may also exchange your bottle if there is discoloration inside the bottle or rough welds along the rim of the bottle(pictures will need to be provided). Please note that T&C Surf can only replace the bottle for the exact same size, color, and design. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of customized engraving, stickers, or any other applications. This warranty is valid at T&C Surf for 3 years after purchase.
