Orders are processed within 5 days after the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS, shipping times and handling are beyond our control.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We happily welcome online returns within 30 days from the date of your order shipment. Please note that no online refunds will be accepted after this 30-day period (with the exception of holiday orders, which will be extended to 60 days). Returned merchandise will be processed within 14 days upon receipt. Kindly be advised that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
