Please note that no online refunds will be accepted after this 30-day period (with the exception of holiday orders, which will be extended to 60 days). I ordered a L jacket but when it came in, it was way too big. I called the Windward Mall store and they didn’t have it in stock. The gal was so kind as to check other stores for a M and Ala Moana had it. She took my information down and told me it would take 2 days for Ala Moana to deliver it to Windward Mall. I went to Windward Mall to get it and the young gentleman was so courteous and gave me my M jacket right away. I’ve always loved T and C from the 1980’s and will continue to support local. Their customer service training for their young employees is exceptional. This wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced great customer service at T and C. Other locations are great as well! 10/10!
