Hand wash. We do not recommend putting our custom printed bottles in the dishwasher.
This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped, damaged, etc.
Your Owala, Pirani, Hydro Flask, Yeti, or Stanley bottle can be exchanged if it sweats, rattles or no longer insulates as long as there are no dents on it (pictures will need to be provided). You may also exchange your bottle if there is discoloration inside the bottle or rough welds along the rim of the bottle(pictures will need to be provided).
Please note that T&C Surf can only replace the bottle for the exact same size, color, and design. We do not cover costs of customized engraving, stickers, or any other applications.
This warranty is valid at T&C Surf for 1 year after purchase. Online Order Number is mandatory for the warranty to be valid through our online shop. NO exceptions will be made.
Orders are processed within 5 days after the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS, shipping times and handling are beyond our control.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We happily welcome online returns within 30 days from the date of your order shipment. Please note that no online refunds will be accepted after this 30-day period (with the exception of holiday orders, which will be extended to 60 days). Returned merchandise will be processed within 14 days upon receipt. Kindly be advised that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
