T&C Surf Grom Contest 2025
Location: Queens break, Kuhio Beach, Waikiki
Contest Dates: June 14-15; 8:00am-4:30pm
LIMIT: 1 ENTRY per child. NO REFUNDS. NO HSA OR NSSA competitors allowed, must be a HAWAII RESIDENT.
A CONTEST WAIVER IS REQUIRED for this product. This must be completed before the registration of a participant can be processed.
SWITCHING REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED if you register for the incorrect division your order will be CANCELED.
Any child who has PARTICIPATED in NSSA or HSA or any other organized competitive surfing branch and non-Hawaii residents are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from participating in ANY division. It does not matter if your child has participated only once, or a few years back in a competitive surfing event, they are forbidden to enter the T&C Surf Grom Contest at ANY capacity. If your child has participated competitively as a shortboarder, your child is ineligible to enter the contest as a longboarder or bodyboarder. Again, they are forbidden to enter the T&C Surf Grom Contest in ANY capacity.
If you are registering more than 1 child, the below will need to be filled out and added to the cart for EACH child SEPARATELY. Leave quantity set to 1 for each entry.
WAITLISTED PARTICIPANTS: If a child is waitlisted, it means that they are on standby. Please check the heat sheets online posted a day before the contest, to see if waitlisted participant has made it into their division from the waitlist. If child's name does not appear on the heat sheets then you will need to check to see when that division is slated to compete. You should then show up at the event an hour prior to the division you are waitlisted for. If there is a no show for the heat being called, the Beach Marshall will then replace the competitor with a waitlist participant in the order that they are waitlisted. If waitlisted participant does not make it into the contest, a refund will be issued within a week of the event.
FreeSurf Expression Session - Adult/Child (3-6 yrs old) tandem. Held on Sunday. Limit: 1 ENTRY per family. Must have a child participating in the event. Limited to the first 12 entries.

Competitors will receive a contest tee, goodie bag and lunch available for pick up after surf heat is complete. Competitors will be contacted by email with details at a later date when the heat sheets are available.
Orders are processed within 5 days after the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS, shipping times and handling are beyond our control.
