Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We happily welcome online returns within 30 days from the date of your order shipment. Please note that no online refunds will be accepted after this 30-day period (with the exception of holiday orders, which will be extended to 60 days). This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped, damaged, etc.

Your Hydro Flask, Yeti, or Stanley bottle can be exchanged if it sweats, rattles or no longer insulates as long as there are no dents on it (pictures will need to be provided). You may also exchange your bottle if there is discoloration inside the bottle or rough welds along the rim of the bottle(pictures will need to be provided).

Please note that T&C Surf can only replace the bottle for the exact same size, color, and design. We do not cover costs of customized engraving, stickers, or any other applications.

This warranty is valid at T&C Surf for 1 year after purchase. Online Order Number is mandatory for the warranty to be valid through our online shop. NO exceptions will be made.

adorable but fragile

Let me say I adore the designs available, and despite trying to avoid being a stanley girl, I bought this in cream immediately. It's of course the quality you expect from a stanley, but the meh review is due to the print quality. It is SO EASY to scratch the custom print off that it's disheartening. I've had it 5 months and with regular use, no dishwashing, and very gently handwashing, the print is peeling all over. I'm so sad!
