T&C Surf Designs / Blak Bear Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR

This Giveaway is sponsored by T&C Surf Designs, 99-807 Iwaena Street, Aiea, Hawaii 96701, in partnership with Blak Bear (collectively, “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Hawaii who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 9:30 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on April 2, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM HST on May 4, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Giveaway Period, visit any participating T&C Surf Designs retail location and purchase eligible Blak Bear merchandise. Each qualifying item purchased will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Entrants must complete an entry form with accurate contact information.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, city, phone number, and email address on a piece of paper and mail it in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 4, 2026 and received by May 10, 2026 to be eligible. Each mail-in request will receive one (1) entry.

Entry Conditions

  • All entries have equal odds of winning

  • Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned

RANDOM DRAWING

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE

Two(2) Prizes Available 

  • Two (2) Blak Bear pro team rider surfboard. One awarded per winner.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.00 ea.

  • The prize is for personal use and not for resale. 

Prize must be picked up at a T&C Surf Designs location on Oahu. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping, transportation, or travel costs associated with prize redemption.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

To claim the prize, the winner must:

  • Respond within ten (10) days of notification

  • Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

If any individuals appearing in promotional content are minors, parent or legal guardian consent will be required.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions

  • Comply with all applicable laws

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

GENERAL RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
