Billy Kemper opens up about his experience at The Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational. What it means to him, memorable moments, injuries he had to overcome and why he surfs big waves. This is a good one with arguably the biggest waves the Bay has ever seen, especially for competition. The Bay Called The Day and Billy Went! 

Billy Kemper ended up placing 4th overall. What a warrior! Congratulations to all the competitors; Luke Shepardson (North Shore Lifeguard) taking 1st; and for the historic 6 ladies who participated in The Eddie for the first time in history! The future looks bright and we can't wait to see what happens when the next Eddie runs.
