Our surfboard factory is located in Wahiawa Town - "The Gateway to the North Shore".  The location affords our board building program access to excellent glassing resources that have set up here to take advantage of the superior weather conditions for finishing boards.

Our 3,000 square foot board facility has much to offer.  We stock over 200 boards and have an informed and helpful staff.  The factory also stocks selected hardgoods including fins, leashes, deck pads, boardbags, etc.  Surfers on their way out to the country can stop in and check out the boards, talk-story with the shapers, order custom boards and pick-up necessities like wax for the next session.

Our boards are built to exacting specifications and utilize quality materials.  The facility houses an APS shaping machine with helps to insure consistency for all our boards.  We are also proud to import Burford blanks from Australia, known to be one of the lightest, strongest, and highest quality blanks in the world.
